Size of the home
Square footage sets your base rate. Pricing is always per job, never by the hour.

Condition
A well-kept home is priced at our standard rate. If it hasn't been cleaned in a long while, we recommend a deep clean first.

Frequency
The more often we visit, the less each visit takes, which is why recurring clients save up to 20%.

Add-ons
Inside appliances, windows and laundry are priced individually, so you only pay for what you choose.

Pets & extras
Multiple shedding pets or unusually large kitchens may adjust the price. We'll always tell you before you book.

Pricing FAQ
Yes. Our rates are flat and based on your home's size, so the estimate you receive at booking is the price you pay. The only exceptions are post-construction and commercial work, where we confirm a flat price after a photo review or walkthrough.
