1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or booking a service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. Services & scheduling
Nova provides cleaning services as described on this site. Arrival is within the two-hour window you select. We may reschedule in cases of weather, illness or safety, and will notify you promptly.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are flat rates based on the information you provide. If the home differs materially from the description, we will contact you before work begins. A card is held at booking and charged on completion.
4. Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your visit at no charge. Later changes may incur a fee of up to 50% of the visit price.
5. 24-hour guarantee
If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to correct the issue at no charge. If we are unable to correct it to your reasonable satisfaction, you will not be charged for the visit.
6. Access & safety
You agree to provide safe access, to secure valuables and to disclose known hazards. We may decline or stop work in unsafe conditions.
7. Insurance & liability
Nova maintains general liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Website use
Site content is the property of Nova Cleaning Partners and may not be reproduced without permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
